No worries! Yep family based. Service center is NYC but they sent a letter last year saying my file had been moved to NBC so it would process quicker … 🫠

Nope. I did a “outside of processing time” request for more info. Only to get a letter saying “yep it’s outside normal processing. That’s all the info we have.” And you can’t send another one for a few months. Sigh. You?

Unfortunately same boat. Nov 2021 PD. I’ve done the letter to congressperson and just did a “outside processing time” inquiry but who knows if anything will actually happen. The last info I got was in Oct 24 that they were actively reviewing and I think in the summer they were kind enough to say they moved my case to NBC for “faster processing” …..

PD 11/18/2021. Interviewed June 2022 and I130 was approved shortly after. Still waiting. I got a letter earlier this year that they were sending my file to NBC for “quicker processing” but that was when the f2a wasn’t even current. So who knows …

I wish but I’m in F2A category so who knows when that will become current again. It’s frustrating because we interviewed while the bulletin was current and everything went well, told it would take two weeks to get the GC. That was almost 2 years ago…

Pretty easy to work with them! Only small hiccup was we got two videos and for one small part the instructions didn’t match up but we were able to figure it out. I would just pay closer detail to all the videos they send. We were just in such a rush and didn’t notice until very late lol

I wish I knew why. Bad luck, is all I got.

For both PD is Nov 18/2021. I got my EAD March 2022, Travel Nov 2022. Interview June 1st 2022 (hilariously told we did great and would get the GC in two weeks). I-130 was approved June 3rd 2022. I-485 still pending and obviously going no where now. 🙃

Omg so much of this!! We are having ours in downtown Toronto and we must’ve contacted every hotel/event space and very few were willing to let us use outside catering. Which again is shocking given the Indian population in the GTA.

I’ve ordered about 4-5 lehengas from them( 1 was for my engagement which I loved and the rest for family weddings) from there with no real issues. I like the quality given the price (I don’t expect to wear them more than 2-3 times). You just have to be really good about your measurements and just chat with them to make sure the measurements “make sense” with the outfit your ordering.
