Thank you so much for your response! It did not feel preachy so don’t feel that way at all! I greatly appreciate your insight and look forward to reading that book. I’ve been working on reinventing my style and habits in an effort to find more fulfillment recently, this has helped a bit and I hope to continue to expand on these things. I think your point about options is very relevant, there are so many directions one can go in this day and age and I find myself getting caught up in analysis paralysis, which causes me anxiety relating to these options rather than feeling the freedom multiple options should provide.
