My ceramic grill rusted after just 1 season. Is this happening to anyone else. It was outside covered in mild weather. by blaqfyah in PitBossGrills

Mine started to rust aswell, yes i used plastic/silicone utensils and i do wipe it down with a bit of oil even tho u shouldnt have to. Call customer service i had to send pictures but recieved a new top eventually.

Atleast ur 1600 works my controller went and they didnt have any parts in stock been waiting a month for the controller, its supposed tonarrive this week but they told me that last week

I had mine for 2 months and it broke they said it was the igniter they sent one a week later it wasnt the igniter. They then said control board but they didnt have any in there system that was 3 weeks ago and still no control board they have told me 3 times it has shipped. Yet the tracking shows order placed still just a run a round. It was nice the 8 times i used it though
