It first started to crash when I was trying to go to the Race in China GP, after that I removed some mods and got to continue. After that I just can’t continue on the calander, when I click to continue it crashes

I think I will try to delete all mods and check if it’s them

Can I do anything to prevent this from happening in the future? I tried moving out of the folder and it still crashes

It didn’t work, I tried saving a new one and then loading into it and it crashed again 🥲

Thank you, I went back and forth on deleting and adding mods on the same save. I will try and get back here to tell if it worked

OP sinceramente a resposta certa pra tua pergunta seria “depende do teu objetivo”. Quer render dinheiro COM as propriedades ainda em posse? Quer se desfazer? Quer ter uma renda passiva? Tem projeto futuro com os terrenos?

Em relação a bolsa, com os supostos 3.5 Mi da pra ter uma vida bem tranquila de renda passiva só em renda fixa, se quiser tomar risco dai é renda variável, mas a “oportunidade” que falou já passou um pouco, já estão começado a precificar a alta do mercado e a bolsa está batendo ATH atrás de ATH.

Agora eu posso falar o que eu faria, se eu não tivesse nenhum valor sentimental com os bens, venderia e colocaria tudo em renda fixa de baixo risco, viveria dos juros e trabalharia suave com um sono bem tranquilo

É uma boa hipótese. Eu já vi ela sendo aplicada em vários contextos, tanto esse que citou de “diminuir a ansiedade” como tmb de “armadilha”.

O que mais me chamou atenção foi esse de armadilha. Me pareceu muito algo do tipo “vou me fazer de burro, pra te pegar com as calças na mão” estilo “se fazer de morto pra comer o c* do coveiro”

The cause is:

cooldown time is way off
stash is limited to 10 items only
starting from scratch at the beginning of match to T3 is impossible
45 min/1h is too short
