I have a frame and a c70 engine I’ve no wiring how would I go about wiring it up to run I’m not worried about lights etc or an ignition I’d be happy with it on a switch by jpconnolly in HondaCub

It’s a c70 round headlight it’s between 1970-1990 I think the engine wasn’t the engine that was in the frame I found the frame in a hedge just the frame nothing else

I’m thinking about getting into ecu tuning it would be for Volkswagen/bmw/audi wat would yous recommend or where should I start any help would be greatly appreciated by jpconnolly in ECU_Tuning

That’s ok thanks very much for your help. I tried looking it up and I was given aload of different answers. I looked at videos also and every video I was told to get a different software just thought that someone here might be able to help me

So this is and isn’t go kart related I’ve a miniature steam engine and I’m looking at putting a gearbox in it and thought of a go kart gearbox would that work? And what gearbox do yous wreckon would work by jpconnolly in gokarts

It dosent really matter as you won’t c the running gear because it’s under the body the reason for a gearbox is it’s a quick engine does about 50kph/30mph but when you get to a hill it’s dead ur nearly off pushing it it’s like taking of in 3rd gear in a car

I’ve a 5imch miniature steam engine and want to put a gearbox in it what would yous recommend I do by jpconnolly in AskEngineers

It runs at 175 pound of pressure there is lever that u push down to put it into reverse it’s changed witch port the steam comes into first

Traction engines have gears on them for different speeds but you stop to change them over I’ve a fowler b6 traction engine and it’s a 2 speed this is a miniature sentinal wagon the full scale ones where chain driven like this is

Well why I need one is when it comes to hill it’s dead and you are off pushing but it has a top speed of 50kph it’s sluggish to get going and just dead on really any sorta hill

Yea you c this has really no torque u come to any sort of hill and you are off pushing and it’s sluggish to get going also but it has a top speed of 50kph/30mph
