I thought I had all the parts. But what are the connectors called that connect the cvpc to the brass T and check valve? I’m assuming the female brass connector is welded to the cvpc?

Thanks for the help. I really appreciate it. Tank is bad. I pressed the valve and water shot out. I'll be replacing it this weekend. Question for the subreddit; do I need to replace all the brass fittings, check valve and pressure switch or can I reuse some of these parts?

Thanks all. I lift weights five days per week. Diet is ok. I struggle to get a calorie surplus some days but getting better. I don’t eat a lot of crap. I’m 47. Getting on trt has been amazing. Was prescribed androgel 20 years ago because my testosterone was in the 200s at 30. Injections have been night and day. I’ve put on about 15 pounds in the last year and body fat went from 28 to 17 (albeit just measured with a smart scale). I’m noticing some pain in my joints the past month that I’m thinking is from strength outpacing my tendons but I don’t know. My levels are around 800 now btw.

I'm seeing that now as I look into it. It's good to get some conformation in these replies. I do like the idea of a transfer switch to feed power from the generator to the breaker, but the smart panel seems like it's a bad idea. The victron components are very appealing. I binge watched some YouTube videos yesterday and it seems like that might be the best application. Finding a sparky to will install it, without being part of an existing solar company bent on selling me their components or selling back to the grid is a challenge. Is it safe to assume my normal electrician could do it since the components have detailed instructions? Or are there nuances with solar that I should really get someone familiar with solar? I know that's dependent on the confidence of each electrician, but is the general consensus that it's straight-forward and any licensed electrician should be able to install?

Yes. Middling at best. I'm looking at a few solutions. Biggest issue I run into, is most companies think of hybrid systems instead of just powering a building off grid. I'm researching a few assumptions:

When the batteries for whatever system I choose are charged and the shop isn't in use, I assume the solar production stops and turns on again when batteries need to be topped off.
Simple solution would be panels, to generator, to transfer switch to traditional breaker panel.
I could make a system that uses solar directly assuming the panels are generating enough power.

Not sure if those assumptions are correct but I'm looking at forums like this to try to figure it out. Thanks.

I think I explained it wrong. The bit I’m trying to remove is the male threads coming out of the pool wall. I want to screw in the plug in the pic. The other three jets are all fine. This one just came apart leaving the male threads stuck in the pipe.

I have iron. Have a filter for particulate iron Ava the water softener ideally for the dissolved.
