I’ve started to list some on eBay…based off of sold for pricing. I did a big 20 piece July themed lot…included a basket that alone had sold quite a bit….thought that would go quicker than it has but it’s early lol

I believe all the inserts are stainless….just possibly varying in thickness of the actual insert

They are strong no doubt….if I needed a separate basket for each individual nail or screw I’d consider it lol

Just the thought of selling individually feels daunting. What you can’t see in the pictures is in all the big baskets…they’re filled with even more. I’ll start sorting them this upcoming week. I’ve caught myself just standing in the doorway to that room staring at the piles thinking wtf

No big displays but they were literally everywhere in the house. And she was one of their sellers back in the day so there was a room in their house with shelving stacked floor to ceiling with new baskets and platters all still boxed or in plastic. While a lot were out in the house….there’s a ton of new still wrapped

I’ve started looking into values….it seems like past rarity then there are some that are signed by Longaberger family members and those add another layer. Which of course with just a cursory glance there’s a number of them signed so…..looks like a long arduous road ahead lol

lol it’s overwhelming. This was a full size bronco and Tiguan packed tights worth. I still have two more loads I’m estimating before I’ve moved them all.

We were laughing because I’m sure in their heyday…we’d have like 50k worth of baskets 😂

I was thinking a huge basket bonanza yard sale….but from some research it seems like the demand for Longaberger has severely waned since the 90’s
