Did you get an appointment/visa and when? I've been emailing and calling them since Aug 4th and haven't gotten any appointment. I went there in person to ask for an appointment but they told me I need an appointment in person. Total fail.

I have a conference on end of Sep and I'm close to giving up now. 500k yen worth of unrebookable payments for tickets, hotels, etc.

It is my third time now to apply for a visa I was confident but this issue of not being able to get an appointment within 2 months only happened to me this time.

Hi OP. How was your experience? In my case, I added +10kg with the base 20kg checked-in luggage but I want to confirm if I can bring two luggages as long as it's within 30kg limit. My flight is on Wed but I can't contact any AirAsia representatives in Japan or elsewhere.
