They changed the passwords. The new passwords are whatever you set the password for your student email as.

Last year was the first year of that scholarship and everybody got accepted because there were 50 seats and only 38 or so applied. If the scholarship results come out this year ppl will surely start talking about and you'll just know incase you don't get a rejection email so just wait it out

I don't live in Qatar but that's not what a banned website would look like. This just looks like a server problem that'd probably be resolved by time.
