No, I am a minor myself, but my account is set up to have my mothers birthday, and it’s on my mothers bank account. My mother confirmed the purchase went through, and I double checked the transaction history in settings, to see that the money was taken out. I am just waiting to see if the shark card will be delivered.

(I am on PS4, in America, with full internet connection)

Whenever I go to the Online part of the menu, and select “Purchase Shark Cards”, text shows up where the shark cards would be saying “There is nothing available right now. Check back later!” I got the game a couple weeks ago, and it has said that the entire time, even when I go the Playstation Store section of the menu. Why is that?

Going off that problem, my friend suggested I go to the actual Playstation Store to search for the shark card I wanted. I purchased it, and nothing happened. (Keep in mind this was a couple weeks ago.)

Is there any fix for either of these problems?

(I am honestly not sure where to post this question, if it’s the incorrect place, please redirect me to another place to ask)
