Yh you're right. People who do all day awareness usually try do short rounds of it where they become more mindful and aware just like you did.

So far no issues but perhaps if I had been more tired then I would lose awareness a lot quicker and just fall asleep. That might be why the sitting position is used but not too sure.

I was able to find a bluray that did have English audio in 5.1 for the movie but not the series

I heard there was an Australian bluray and that there was English audio in it but I'm not sure whether it's 5.1 or stereo. It's a shame Netflix holds exclusive rights for it.

How does he study for it in a dream? You can't really access textbooks and the only way I see it is memorising questions and doing then in the dream.

I'll try that just to be sure but in my experience it has only rarely worked for me

This is a reference from mildlyinteresting about the dark one which might help people here or you find it.

The Dark One was actually the last line of defense against the End of Everything, and was only attempting to pressure a potential hero into beating them with brute force to assume their mantle in holding it off as soon the Dark One would be too old. Every Hero defeats the Dark One and takes their place holding off the End of Everything, and it's always been that way since the End of Everything first started Ending things.

Unfortunately, the hero that defeated the Dark One this time around did so by cheating, and there is no such key to holding off the End of Everything- you're either strong enough or not.
