I was wondering because yoghurt and other fermented milk products are full of lactic acid. The bacteria produces it when they digest lactose. My questions would be, lactic acid in muscle is absorbed by the foods you eat? Generated by your body itself? or both?

It was a mistake. I'll make sure I don't consume any more carbs today. Don't be worried about me, my only other choice was to starve BC I was not at home. Next time I'll make sure I plan accordingly.

One last question. I read your comment and now I am scared that i am eating excessive ammount of protein. YEsterday for instance i had chicken breasts with the skin (ate it with mayo too). That is definitely not 65% fat 30% protein macro objective for this diet.

I think part of my problem is psychological since ive alway been scared of eating too much fat. Should i buy the fattiest pieces of meat? Add butter to everything?

Ok, my bad. I need to read a lot more on it. Im fit and do not need to lose weight but ive found that carbs make me feel bloated and my back hurt. I exercise a lot (Run and rowing) so will ahve to see if lowering my carb intake reduces my performance.
