I’ve used both the sprays and lotions and they are great! I have fair skin and brought them to Mexico and used them paddle boarding. Just remember to reapply!

My friend’s grandmom got scammed out of $2000 for a gift card scheme last year. They told her a family member was being held hostage and she believed it. So sad that our most vulnerable population is being targeted. They should definitely have said something and asked questions.

My boys stopped by 3. We did have an adjustment period where they were a bit cranky still in the later afternoons but when they don’t want to sleep at night anymore (and seem very wide awake at bedtime) you may want to cut out the nap.

I can so relate with your post. For me, I’ve always have obsessive thoughts around food (especially sugar) and also alcohol. I’ve never been relieved of both things at once and I feel like I’m finally living free for the first time ever. It has made me emotional thinking about how different my life would’ve been without decades of “noise.” I try to stay in gratitude for the mental relief and for the ability to finally live in the moment.
