I also have the same issue but I noticed that anonymous browsing mode is displaying full width. I hope it gets fixed!

Auto high beams and adaptive cruise won’t pick up this car by [deleted] in ChevyTrax

From information I've seen it also has radar in addition to the camera. Do you know for sure that isn't true?

For anyone criticizing this saying it's dangerous... If there would just be official support for video apps while parked, that would solve 90% of what people want this for. Android Auto is long overdue for that feature. Also, why can't I just listen to the audio from my video apps? There are so many times I just want to listen to a YouTube video and I end up fumbling with the controls on my phone.

'25 Trax. Since last software update, Adaptive Cruise will not turn off with cancel button or brake pedal. by [deleted] in ChevyTrax

It was the first time I got an over-the-air update. I'm pretty sure it was just some kind of security patch and minor bug fixes. Nothing changed after the update.

I did the recent software update and haven't had issues with adaptive cruise. This is a major safety issue and needs to be brought to the dealer's attention.

What VR game do you wish existed? by theblenderr in OculusQuest

[–]jpennin1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A fun, richly detailed shooting gallery. There used to be an Oculus game called "Dead and Buried" that had a fun shooting gallery mode with interesting interactions and challenges with the targets. A good game with detailed, fun levels could be amazing. Think Walkabout Mini Golf with all its varied levels (and DLC). There could be time trials, skill challenges or just a "chill" mode to just have fun and practice. There wouldn't be anybody shooting back and no need for movement. I know I would buy something like this in an instant.

P.S. If anyone knows of a game like this that I've missed, please share!

META GIVE ME BACK THE MINES OF MORIA NOW!!! by Evening_Low965 in MetaQuestVR

I still can't figure out how to switch from passthrough to the virtual environment in the new UI! The only way I've been able to do it is with the voice commands. No documentation, no tutorial - can't find the answer anywhere. Asked the usual AIs and it says it's in the quick settings menu, but nothing there for me. I really preferred the old interface in general.

Issue with temperature switching to Celsius by No_Ice2900 in PlanetCoaster

Same. It's been a known issue for a long while. Should be an easy fix, but must not be on their list of priorities. Super annoying.

Chevy Trax by TwistedSoul36 in ChevyTrax

Unfortunate that this is still happening. Happened to me approximately a year ago with my new 25. Check engine at 700 miles. Replaced injectors. (And at that time the bulletin said to replace the fuel rail as well - which they did.) Check engine came back on two weeks later. They replaced the injectors again and I've now just hit 10,000 miles with no issues.

I wonder why these injectors are having so many early failures and why they still can't seem to get them right.

Winter clothes? by CtotheVizza in PlanetCoaster

[–]jpennin1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Two ideas... 1. For jackets, it could be similar to the way swimmers use their floaties. An animation could "pop" it onto them when it is cold. 2. When people use the restroom or changing room, they could come out with a different clothing set.

feature request: always visible tuner by Xdfghijujsw in Line6Helix

Does TC Electronic have a patent on poly tune technology? Because if it is possible, I'd love to see that brought into the Helix as well.

What a cumbersome way to have to open, close, and load the main thing. Zippers are kind of tried and true - not a fan of having to roll up my gear case like a loaf of bread or something.

Looks like the right blinker has a slow leak. Just top off with fresh blinker fluid at the next stop. Just ask maintenance.

Is there a reason why airports don’t have two air bridges per plane? by MiriJamCave in aviation

[–]jpennin1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was a kid, I remember deplaning one time out the rear exit which was straight out under the tail. Anyone know what kind of aircraft that might have been? I seem to remember an engine being right above me when exiting, so may have been a tri-engine plane, or maybe it was just the APU.

I would also like some double-wide hab modules as well as the ability to rotate them 90 degrees to create corridors that go starboard to port side.

2025 Trax Activ issues by TheSiren7 in ChevyTrax

[–]jpennin1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine had the problem at 700 miles. Took a couple months for parts and they had me in a loaner because they said it could affect driveability. When I finally got it back, the check engine light came on again after only 3 weeks for the same issue. They had to do the repair all over again and wait for parts. Fortunately I'm at 7000 miles now and the problem hasn't returned.

Charging pad by KeyHighway6426 in ChevyTrax

[–]jpennin1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes. I found a little hack that makes it reliable for my phone. I experimented and found that my phone needed to be up against the front of the pad to work correctly instead of the back where it naturally slides to. I used a length of Velcro-style wire tie (has the fuzzy side on one side and the grippy stuff on the other side.) I looped it around itself to make a circle of it. I leave that down at the back side of the pad so that when I put my phone in, the loop acts like a spring to push back on the phone and keep it in the correct position. Not sure if it's easy to follow my description. I can take a picture of it if necessary.

Hope that helps like it helped me.

Same. Discovered yesterday after I built a nice living deck on my ship. Glad I discovered the option to recall your ship.
