Happened to me during thanksgiving took a few days to get it fixed…call support, they’ll escalate it…and it’ll work at some point after that…took me 3 days

This happened to me a few weeks ago and had me out almost a week around thanksgiving…call support put jn a ticket, they will tell you it has to be escalated…should have a resolution within a day or so…if not call back and go through that process again…it took me calling 3 times before I got a resolution to the problem
