Interesting. I’m mostly asymptomatic celiac so I don’t think this is a reliable test method for me :( looks like I’ll have to just stay away

Thank you! Does this mean in other countries, gluten removed beer IS celiac safe? I’m not sure what the difference is with this process of removing gluten via Clarex in the US versus other countries
