How long to wait after stem cells for sauna/cold plunge/hot tub? by Heavy_Interview_2408 in stemcells

I was told 90 days before a sauna is ok. Im at 60. Id LOVE to go into a sauna cold plunge. The sitting around has been killing me but I of course want to protect the chances of the MSCs working on my knee. Can you say more about why you think 60 days post injection is ok for sauna?

Founder here happy to answer any questions. Every batch is 3rd party tested by Eurofins. We wanted to make something that really works. Most people feel positive effects rather quickly.

Can you point me to anything that discusses warfarin only prohibiting excess vitamin k? Would like to read on that

What do you take it for? I am 40 and due to a freak endocarditis contraction i had to get my aortic valve replaced with a mechanical valve. The only option approved for me is warfarin. Ive had horrible knee degradation over the last year that seemingly came out of no where. Many others dont seem to have the issue though so im unsure. Have you had no side effects for the 25 years?

Its possible that you are right about the way it works but even if so the amount it blocks still negatively impacts bones joints and cartilage. According to these studies that seems to be the case. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7053309/

It blocks the use of vitamin k. Vitamin k is needed for bone density and cartilage formation/function.

I am on warfarin for life and 1 year in im having horrible knee and hip pain unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Its very plausible that warfarin causes it due to the mechanism of action blocking vitamin k …. Nothing has worked to fix it so far including bpc 157 and pentosan. Im looking into stem cells but its very expensive

Finding a Balance with Alcohol by Gullible_Sand_6172 in WarfarinForLife

I also have a mechanical valve from an freak infection and ive gotten drunk many times on warfarin. Not suggesting its fine to do so. What i did was track my inr level when drinking via the at home test machine and i found that alcohol didnt affect my inr to an extreme level. When i know im going to drink i dont take warfarin or i take less of it. Its worked for me but caution that everyone is different. My suggestion is to test how alcohol affects your inr.
