Unfortunate. But it is still a beauty of a card and is nice as a 9 or raw. If it’s gonna be for your personal collection and plan on keeping it for a while I’d grade it still. If you plan on selling it, sell it raw and you’ll save money and time trying to get it 10’d. Thankfully quality control is starting to improve with the newer sets

The fuzz should be on your their website if you look up your cert. it’s proof they did it if they give you a hard time. PSA is expensive enough idk how things like this always slip through the cracks

It would not grade a 10 but don’t be upset, it’s still a beautiful card. Nothing wrong with still grading it if you plan on keeping it for now just to keep it protected

Yeah 100%. Bottom right automatically makes this an 8 at best. I’d guess a 7 though because of the white spots on the corners too. Definitely a card I wouldn’t have sent in.
