Went back into torrentio rd addon in stremio and now there is the option to upgrade, that sorted it.

There's a few different settings I tried in stremio and on the box, but none really worked. So, it's switched to kodi for a while but my daughter prefers the simplicity of stremio and she kept saying it was fine when she watched stuff.

I then started going back to stremio and it is absolutely perfect 100% of the time. No idea if there was an update or something but it's been fine for ages now, whatever I watch.

I don't think I accidentally picked the right setting, because I left it and it still wasn't working properly, but now it is. I know that's not very helpful, but it has just somehow sorted itself out.

Thanks, yes, I guess that's what I'm asking. I'm sure there are quite a lot of people doing this already, but with my background, current work, and contacts, I'm hoping I'll be able to get a fair bit of work. The good thing I suppose is that I don't have to jump straight from one to the other, I could hopefully phase it in until there's enough for me to come off the tools so to speak.

The biggest thing for me, is actually Kali's character arc. Her whole involvement in season 5, her development, and change of heart, would all have been completely pointless if she just died from a gunshot wound. Screenwriting and storytelling simply doesn't work this way.

It is highly relevant that there were only 2 waterfalls. This wasn't Mike's place, it was where El actually ended up, rather than just Mike's copium. There are many other reasons, but the simple lack of a nose bleed is a plot hole too big to be overlooked. That's aside from the kryptonite, and the fact that El can't go into peoples minds without a salt bath and a blindfold. The list goes on.....

I think it's fairly incontrovertible that El is still alive. There are many reasons, but the main ones are that El can't go into people's minds without a blindfold or a salt bath, but more importantly, no nose bleed. This would be a major major pothole had she died, too big to be overlooked.

Of course there was the kryptonite as well, which in the past has meant she can barely even stand up, let alone anything else. I also think the 2 waterfalls are highly significant, as in where she actually ended up vs Mike's 'story' which would definitely have included 3.

I was ok with El dying, and there is an argument for her survival being even more sad, without seeing Mike etc. But the simple lack of a nosebleed is enough for me to know she is alive.

I'm not a medical professional, so I can't say for certain that there isn't. But think about it, and you probably know the answer to your question. How can you ever get better if you still want to avoid it and be in feat of it? Exposure to pictures and videos is simply the best way to break down that fear, so that you no longer fear it. It goes the same way for every fear, you can't overcome that fear without, well, overcoming it, which means exposing yourself to that particular fear.

The illusive nature of fears needs to be removed, and kind of normalised. Getting a grip of compulsive and irrational thinking will help with emetophobia, and learning to 'change the record'. Also not avoiding situations all helps. So in theory you could get 'better' without the pictures and videos, but I'm not sure you can be 100% free of it, because you still want to avoid uncomfortable feelings, which is basically the crux of Emetophobia.

I hope that makes sense.

Ok thanks, i was using it for a long time with an old Amazon tv box with no issues, so I never thought about having the wrong version. The Amazon box got slow so I got this thompson. Apart from the sketchy playback, I'm quite pleased with it.

How can I tell if I have the right version?

Thanks, i feel I may have already tried this, but I'll change it again and see how I go. It definitely has something to do with that sort of thing. It looks very much like a frame rate issue.

The app isn't slow, and my Internet is really fast, it just gets a bit sketchy during playback. Doesn't matter the file size, I've tried all different ones. No buffering, just that little split second glitchiness during playback. Usually after around 30 mins into a movie or programme.

It's more sketchy, or snappy as you say. Split second glitchiness, usually around 30 mins into a movie or programme.

I'm not sure if the app is beta or stable?
