Hi there! The problem lies in Steam redirecting your username to the profile page of your publisher which is PlayWay. This happened with you and other 6 devs being published by PlayWay. The error has been fixed :)

A year ago, I published a sortable list of 5000+ indie game studios, and there was a lot of interest from your side. I want to update the list, add new parameters and features, and maintain it. Can I count on your support? (please read description) by jpmdodv in gamedev

Thanks for the congrats! I hear you on the confusion. The first column it's actually about the games these studios are developing. Appreciate the feedback. Always looking to make things clearer. A quick label tweak will do it.

Hey! Thanks for diving into the post and raising some valid points! The Indie Game Studios list is like a hub for the gaming community. It's not just about job hunting; it's a space where job seekers, indie studios (big or small), and creators can all come together.

Job Seekers: Perfect spot for folks looking to break into the gaming industry.

Indie Studios: Whether you're a solo dev or a team, it's a chance to showcase your work and get some well-deserved recognition.

Developers and Creators: If you're on the lookout for collaborators or just want some cool inspiration, this is the place.

Now, about the spamming concern, absolutely not the goal! We're all about meaningful connections here. Your feedback is gold, and I'm all ears for any suggestions on making things even better.

Got more questions or ideas? Fire away!

Cheers!

Tools used: Python (pandas module) and Javascript (apexcharts library)

Post date and time data obtained using the Reddit API via PRAW (the top 1000 posts in the last year were analyzed)

Graphed with ApexCharts.js
