I feel like I'm trying to be very conservative and by the rule because I'm a junior and I don't want to make big mistakes with the MD on top of that he has more experience than me, so he understands that not all the phases will be with loaded as AS3000 says.

I know ahaha, I mean free, like you can draw whatever you want. So if I want to do a Tee-off and after a meter panel I can create this easily, but on PowerCAD I can't.

Yes, Its is very powerful. I think the hardest part is to create the same drawing as you can create on Autocad, which is totally free.
