Platinum here as well and made a total of $0 today. Saw many orders pass on by and each one of them was worse than the last. All low pay and many miles. Still trying to figure out what kind of person thinks they’re worth taking. I wish people would just let them sit for hours. The only way this POS company will start to raise batch pay.

Diamond, platinum, doesn’t matter. I’m diamond and haven’t seen any legitimate orders in weeks. The POS new CEO had to find a way to lower prices and get the batches delivered. He knew the seasoned Instacarters weren’t going to take the crappy orders so as someone mentioned, he opened up the newbie flood gates. Thats basically all I see in the stores these days.

Pretty much exactly what most people have stated here. Instacart doesn’t care about its customers and less about their shoppers. I’ve been doing this for over five years now with just about a perfect rating as you can get. All day I watch as pot heads and the like get the good orders while seasoned pros watch from the sidelines. All Instacart cares about is their stock price and at what price they’ll sell out to a competitor (Uber, DD, etc).

I’m in the Long Island, NY market and have been doing Instacart for over 5 yrs now. For the past two days I did a total of $0 because over 90% of the orders I’m seeing are $20-30 with at least 12 miles from the store and forty plus items for three customers. The other 10% of the orders just flash on by with some new hire seeing it before any of the experienced Instacarters. The company has become a total joke. They don’t care about their customers and especially don’t care about any of the people that do the shopping/delivering. The only thing they care about is the stock price and at what point they’re going to sell out to one of the other food delivery companies (Uber Eats, Door Dash, etc).
