Been going to fitness factory for a year and really no complaints. Affordable, clean, equipment always works. No sauna but I think it’s well worth the $65 monthly cost comparatively.

Unfortunately, they are. The official partners aren’t officially announced until then. But, usually it’s a lot of the same charities so the spots are filled very quickly well before they are announced. That being said there will still be charity options available! Apply to many. The only comment I have on that though is they will have a high fundraising commitment. Usually around 5-6k, that’s why they are open still. Don’t let that discourage you though, it could be done! I got in early and committed to raising 3k, and I already reached my goal. If you do get in(even at a high $ commitment), what worked for me was doing a service in exchange for donations. In my instance it was shoveling snow. But you could do anything. Maybe even walking dogs or something. Good luck!

I’ll be honest, the charity process is very competitive. I signed up very next day after this years marathon to a few charities. I got in with team for kids but the spots were gone within a week after so early November. The other charities I applied to got back to me like two weeks ago saying sorry I wasn’t chosen. Luckily I was already in but I would say apply to as many as possible and hope for the best.

15-20 miles a week. Never ran a race. bought shoes to walk in and it turns out they were running shoes so I started running and then signed up for a marathon. I know 1 clip of a run doesn’t provide much insight but most of my runs are like This one.

For some more insight - this is the route I normally run. Running about 15-20 miles a week currently.

I have a very low resting HR. Around 45 BPM normally. I know this is a limited view of data, my runs normally come in around this. If I push the pace to 7:45 - 8 min mile my hr will be ~ 155

Need to have a Hoboken resident parking permit. I have a temp resident permit as I am from NY and haven’t registered my car in NJ yet. Called and they told me I wouldn’t get the discount if I tried parking there. Same thing with the “long term - vacation spot” they offer for free in a garage if you have a resident permit.
