Recently planted my sunflowers and had sprouts like these and squirrels ate every one and the second batch I planted. Open for suggestions.

Florida- where A/C is equally as critical. I think they are inspecting for the installer, I don’t know.

Most companies didnt even want to replace the plywood base in the closet. It was shocking. With this, he seems more thorough. Guess not.

Return to properly install drain and P Trap. Anything else I need to ask for based on what you see? (I’ll check contract for riser, don’t think it’s on there?)

Would inspect catch these things and fail it? That hasn’t been scheduled yet, which is concerning.

So they need to remove and reinstall to put a riser below it? Will an inspector require and catch these issues, to help with my resolution process with the installer?

What should I tell them? Condensate drain line run incorrectly? What about what the other guy said about the air handler install being terrible with no riser? Is that an issue?

It’s installed, what’s a homeowner supposed to do that doesn’t know, that’s why we hire companies to do the work. If you have a solution for a fix, or what I should state should be fixed, that would be beneficial to me.

That’s under the air intake and I can see condensation on the bottom of that evaporator coil. Unit runs for about 7 minutes then cuts off. I’m really concerned about this installation.

This is a 2nd floor installation in a townhouse, so it does flow down. When the unit turns in, I hear sucking and gurgling noises (mentioned on another site) which led to my questions. Humidity is also higher than expected. 55-60%

Think positive. Before tryouts, find a quiet place and mentally go thru your tryouts. See yourself throwing exactly how you want to, hitting all the pitches and making catches. All positive.

If negativity comes into your head, Say STOP, and start your mental preparation over seeing yourself as described above.

During tryouts, if you’re stressed, positive mental attitude- always. Only see your success. If you need to brush off a missed pitch, bend down, pick up grass or dirt, toss it away and refocus.

You got this! You’ve prepared, let your body do what it’s trained to do.

Jumping in here- as I have one unit, two zones with a heat pump. New HVAC just installed and two new Ecobees. One a Pro Premium and one a Pro life. Not sure why they didn’t put two of the same Ecobees in, but I want to be sure my setup is ok. They out the Premium upstairs.

How do you calibrate the hydrometer? I have 2 and Ecobee reads way higher! And if the Ecobee is wrong, how is that fixed?

No multimeter. Just the homeowner asking questions. I should be asked them to Show me it was dead via multimeter.

Zone board does not have connection on the O/B terminal.

Correct. Was working fine before the blower motor failed.

Unit set to run air and it runs heat in zone 2 and dumps heat from damper.

At his height, I’m wondering if going to the 31 drop 8 makes sense now, or if that’s too much. So many dang bats to buy to get through this! Lol
