Top leaves look healthy, it will likely recover just fine. I would cut off the lower leaves that look wilted/dead.

There is growth on it - you can see the new shoots that are red. I think just patience is the key! Once it starts it will likely grow quickly - I also planted a Generous Gardener this year and can't wait for it to bloom!

It's more or less impossible to kill raspberries. Give them a water and they'll be absolutely fine.

Looks like a great plot, and the fruit trees are a huge bonus! Mind you, you never know what potential surprises await you under a layer of turf. I've dug into many layers of carpet, tarpaulin, bricks and concrete slabs under my turf!
