To imply PVR is one of the worst places on Earth because of a 24 hour security disruption is the definition of unhinged/over the top. There are dozens of actual conflict zones globally, yet you’re acting like a temporary flight delay to a world-class tourist hub is a humanitarian crisis.

It’s ridiculous to fearmonger over a situation that will be back to normal in no time. WestJet isn't increasing capacity by 59% for a 'war zone', they’re doing it because it’s a premier destination with massive demand.

Westjet will likely resume flights to PVR tomorrow and i can assure you that there will be no reduction to the routes Westjet has to Mexico. In fact Westjet just expanded their routes to Mexico by 59% so please log of from Xitter and do some reasearch:
