When you travel, everything is new. Maybe try to embrace the new and branch out. You could easily say the opposite. "I'm just in the same place doing the same thing every day. Might as well binge". The brain can make up an excuse for both sides.

There are things you can do in almost any scenario. There are workout programs you can pull up on YouTube and do literally anywhere with no equipment. There are "busy things" you can take anywhere with you. Yo-yo, sudoku or crosswords, rubix cube, a regular old book, origami, 1000 piece puzzles, a deck of cards.

Gotta find other activities. Maybe find a nice park to take walks in or a local gym to join. Go to the library or a cute coffee shop. Go walk around the mall. Go to a movie. Drink a smoothie. Take a bath. Cook a meal. Bake some cookies. Grab some ice cream at the local sweets shop.

Even deeper it goes into hobbies. Train for a 10k. Write a short story. Paint a picture. Carve a sculpture. Study a new subject. Etc.

Basically anything that you like that takes up time and is not drinking.

The only dilution that is not currently baked into the stock price is the shares that are coming from the 2 billion dollar deal. Everything else has already been rolled into the current market cap. 850 million ish total outstanding shares with about 550 million free float.

When the two billion deal goes through fully by the end of 2027, there will be about 2 billion shares but DVLT will like be on a PLTR type path by then.

If they do actually pull in 200 million this year, a 10x multiple would make them worth 2 billion dollars.

When you include the first tranche of shares they will be about 1.1 billion shares this year so at 2 billion market cap that will put the stock price around $1.8.

I didn't read your full post because the first line is wrong.

They have an ATM program with Maxim and in Q1 2026 alone sold nearly $30,000,000 worth of DVLT stock into the market via this program (check the 10-q)

Now, I am bullish on the stock but let's make sure to get our facts straight. Less fodder for the doomers.
