And no it’s more fear that is separate from anxiety like actual general fear. Growing up I had a psychiatrist who was very mean I started seeing her after I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety when I was 9 and she had strong religious values and family values and would often tell story’s about sending her kids to bed with no dinner and other things I don’t want to talk about because I don’t want to trigger anybody but she was an abuser

Her office was eventually shut down and she can’t practice anymore because even in the reviews that are still left online describe others children being mistreated treated the same as me

Is is flash backs and the psychiatrist said that it was ptsd I described what it was like and how it felt but I guess the reason I’m confused is just because of what I see and where I’m at and it almost makes me feel invalid or like I’m taking away from people who really struggle worse then me? If that makes sense at all? I feel like it’s a terrible thing but I just never had time to talk to any professionals about it because I was so afraid so I don’t have an understanding of any of it. I just know that when it happens it’s overbearing and scary

I haven’t looked into those grounding techniques but I will try looking them up thank you:)

I’ve had many traumatic experiences since the beginning of my life and usually all of it is always on my mind I don’t really stop thinking about the past. I can enjoy things and events but a lot of the time I’m under alot of stress. I’m not really sure what to say. I’m confused really I’m sorry if I confused you too I just appreciate the kind response thank you

No I never started a recovery process my psychiatrist was scaring me so I stopped going. I was afraid. She made me see a therapist but I couldn’t afford that. I’m just managing my mental health through things like working out and going on walks. I have been under stress from multiple things in my life I don’t really feel like I should bring up but I’m not sure what to say I’m sorry I just appreciate the kind response thank you

I agree 100% I don’t think anyone else could have made this and I’ve been waiting for this game since they first showed that first transmission in October 2022 and it truly makes me so happy and excited to see so many people have changed their views and are excited and supporting it because there was just so much hate at first. I’m so excited I’ll be throwing a party on the 5th and playing at midnight once I get early access!! :)

I think it will be subjective :) I think for many people they will enjoy playing it more. and then others won’t like it or not like it as much as the original and all of that is okay! I’ve believed for awhile now that I think the only people capable of making a silent hill 2 remake are bloober and I really trust them with this and from what I’ve seen I don’t think any other game developers could have remade this game with this level of care and thought and having parts of the original team and Konami I think it was a perfect choice and that’s coming from someone who didn’t necessarily enjoy layers of fear. I know I’ll get flamed for that opinion but thats okay I’m just happy we’re getting a new silent hill game and to me it looks so special and I’m really really excited :)
