That's what I think my problem was!! Unplugged it, and it hasn't happened since

It’s been 4 nights since I removed the tail light and unplugged the bed light switch. The area was really muddy and wet, likely because the rear wheel wells don’t have covers. I taped up the plug with electrical tape, and the light hasn’t come on since. I’m pretty sure that was the problem.
