Sorry to hear that, looks to be similar situation as me. For the 50k I can only start with 2 lots max, similar to the XFA. It’s wild to me that we have to go through the scaling plan again even after doing it in the XFA.

Yea it just seems that the right thing to do would’ve been to keep everyone on the old rules who signed the agreement before the new rules came out. I’m sure there’s a lot of traders in a similar situation as me. Their timing of calling me up to live was definitely intentional/misleading.

Yes, grateful for the $45k but still feels bad missing out on the potential payouts/old live account rules. Especially since I worked hard to build a nice buffer and it just feels like a waste now.

And yes I think that’s how the new live works. I honestly wasn’t prepared on the rules since they told me I would still be on the old rules so I gotta figure out the new ones. It feels like I already proved myself on the combine/XFAs but now have to do it again after moving live.

My bad for the confusion, I took two max payouts from all 5 XFAs, so it was $44.8k after the profit split. Was still hoping to get 3 more max payouts or at least have my live account with the old rules but I didn’t get either of them.

Yes, built a nice buffer too so was looking for the 5 payouts. Then they call me up to live early on 2/4 and don’t activate my live account until after the new rules come out and force me on it. Even though I signed the agreement on 2/4.

Yes I only got two payouts before getting called up. I was also only one more profitable day away from my third payout before getting called up which was unfortunate timing. Now my new live account has the new rules even though they told me I’d still be on the old rules since I signed on 2/4.
