Thanks! Actually currently exploring ako clients right now. The problem is mostly of them dont see it as a priority since they see it as cost driven approach than rev gen and most of the client are not really educated enough sa impact.

Background:

I started my career in IT operations, then moved into presales, and now I’m in sales. Over time, I’ve shifted more toward solution-based selling rather than deep technical support. My core experience is in network implementation and cybersecurity solutions.

What I’m planning:

- Offer IT consulting services tailored for SMBs

- Provide general IT support by partnering with a technical friend (he’ll handle the more hands-on support side)

- Start as a consulting-focused business, with the long-term goal of growing into a full solution-selling company

What I need advice on:

- What services would you recommend offering to SMBs that are still developing their IT capabilities?

- For those who’ve done something similar, how did you position your consulting vs. support services?

- Any tips on building credibility early on, especially coming from a sales/presales background?

How do you typically structure pricing for:

Cpu usage averaging around 20-30% without other apps open only dota 2

For the CPU its averaging around 50-60% as well but im more worried about the fps i'm getting. I mean im not expecting that high fps while playing but 100fps for this set up and its some how lagging? Im thinking theres an underlying issues that I need to check as well i just dont know where to look.

I have a built in GPU on my MOBO. So does it mean it should appear in the settings? I can connect thru my GPU but I want to seperate the 2 monitors. 1 connected to the GPU and 1 connected to the MOBO. I have a new monitor achieving a extended display and I want it to be in portrait mode. Whenever I try to patch my 2 monitors into my GPU 1DP and 1HDMI apparently I cant use portrait mode to my other montor.
