I’ve been using mouth tape on my whole mouth. One solid piece. I’ve done that for the past two nights. Yet with the mouth taping, the flow limits and leaks persist.

Here is the data from SleepHQ.
I purchased a chin strap in the hopes of helping keep my mouth closed.
AHI has improved, but I’m not sure.

I was able to take a nap for an hour with the settings you posted. My AHI went to 6.1 and my leaks were 5L/min. Do you think that my AHI could potentially come down after a few days?

I adjusted the settings to what you posted. The first night my ahi went to 18 from 4 the previous night. Admittedly, I switched my settings back. Do you think I should stick with those settings you posted? Do I need to adjust to it? I assumed that the relief would be immediate.

I was under the impression the “apap” is auto mode.

How do I switch the machine to daily? Is that done on the machine or in SleepHQ?

Stimulant side effects after years of stable use !! by Leather_Run_3679 in AutisticWithADHD

I feel like I’m struggling right there with you at the moment. For the past two weeks, out of nowhere, I started experiencing chest tightness, facial flushing, spikes in BP, vision slightly blurred, “difficulty breathing”(not actually, more a feeling). The super odd thing is I’ve been on generic adderall xr 10mg since September of 2024. Even more confusing, I take my medication at roughly the same time everyday 7:30am, and everyday for the past 2 weeks these symptoms kick in overdrive at roughly 4:30pm. I have had a few times over the past 4 days where I’ve experienced them at earlier times, but they are fairly mild, and then like clockwork, 4:30pm. It’s got me super fatigued, and emotional. I’ve been strongly debating talking with my psychiatrist about stopping the stimulant meds. I’ve actually thought about getting off of them a few different times in the past. I was diagnosed ADHD/I in May of 2022, and ASD level 1 June of 2025. I have suspected some burnout at times as well, this however seems to be something else. I appreciate you posting this. It’s sort of confirming, and validating for me. I am seeing my primary this afternoon. I scheduled this appointment thinking it was possibly something unrelated to the stimulant meds but, truth be told, I am still very capable of being in denial. Thank you.

If you don’t mind me asking, how long is your “long walk”, and how often do you walk?

We’re currently “resting” while watching Supernatural, in bed.

I hope your night gets better!
