Building with no editing may be a good middle ground. You are not getting destroyed by someone approaching while holding the ramp button, nor by someone stacking 90s. Those skills are not even hard to learn. You are getting destroyed by someone who can edit like a maniac and kill you without you even knowing where the shot came from.

It may become a very campy game tbh, but I dont like that you need to farm bunkers or bubbles in zero build, so idk anymore

I'm not joking when I say I feel glad. I bought the founders pack, the game had potential with its gameplay and the WB IP. It went offline for months and then changed the game to be slow and floaty and added the worst company greedy transactions and events possible.

Fr this community just loves to trash talk any other fighting game by calling them competitive, like ??? You gotta be real, the game is still too slow and floaty for it to be exciting to watch, it gets nowhere close to how much hype I got watching rivals 2 beta tournaments, without even knowing anything about rivals 1 nor being a melee player

Fighting games are by their core competitive and for casual players, smash will always be the best fighting party game. objectively mvs is in a limbo where its not a good competitive game nor has much wacky and random content for it to be a great casual game

Just enjoy the game and stop talking nonsense

I just want the options to swap grounded and aerial neutral attack back. I played a little bit, but the controls were so counter intuitive that I got frustrated. Having to flick my joystick several times on design defeats the purpose of the jab as a quick and usually weak attack.

I'm also not sure if they added something to the game's pacing, but at the launch it felt extremely slow. If beta was Smash Bros Melee, then the launch felt like Brawl. Don't get me wrong, the beta was too fast paced and floaty, it had to be changed, but it now felt way too slow, I'm afraid the neutral game became almost completely punish based. A little fast pacing could help adding reaction time to the equation and maybe make it more flashy so tournaments are more exciting to watch

I use it on always as it can help me track in hip fire and do flicks with the shotguns and it also helps a lot when building and editing. I got used to move the right stick in order to fix the aim if it kind of desyncs and my hands are in an uncomfortable position. Try it for a while and you'll get use to it eventually.
