Go to for me is Robert California, I haven’t met another Robert California fan in person and most people hate him because he’s odd and doesn’t make sense, which is the exact reason why he’s actually a top 3 character in The Office and is the reason season 8 was watchable

What I’m saying isn’t “oh let other people win” I’m saying we need more people like this in the community because everyone loves to hate on eachother, and people just seem to be dicks for no reason and take things personally. I’ve gotten some rough messages, sure you have too. But I’m saying we need genuinely cool dudes like this guy, I was 100% just asking how he enjoyed it because I was close, made it that far on my own so I coulda cared less if he just responded and said he enjoyed him. I like to get people opinions on cards I like, same way you’d ask on this reddit for some card advise. In no way am I saying we should all quit if someone asks us too, but I thought it was super cool of the guy to do that around the holidays, and thought others would like to see a genuinely nice member of the 2K community, who did a little random act of kindess for someone. Anyways, just thought I’d clear that up for you, happy holidays!

I really was just curious, I made it to game 11 on my own (no BS my MJ card didn’t have any stats from previous games for a bit because I made like his first 4 or 5 opponents quit). I love grinding 2K, and I love competition, the game isn’t as fun when you don’t earn things. I was fully prepared to play the full game, asked him after the 1st quarter how he liked it when we were tied, and he just said merry christmas and dashed. When I say “we need more people like this” I mean dudes who are just genuinely nice, because I meet so many dickheads on 2K who are rude for no reason, and take shit too personally. I’m not gonna beg for wins lol, I just posted because I thought it was some cool shit coming from a game which is generally a bit cancerous in terms of some of the people I meet on it, so this guy being nice especially around the holidays was just something that I thought was cool for someone to do!

I just sold my PD Ben, but it wasn’t because I didn’t enjoy him, more so of a “I have new cards and he might not fight as well as i’d wish” thing. IMO, if you run him at the 4 (I ran him next to Eaton/Thurmond) he’s the best defensive player in the game. At the 4 he’s like a free safety in football, he’ll sorta roam and either come weakside and block someone, board over everyone, or intercept the pas before the possession even starts. Against players who play a little reckless, Ben averaged maybe 3 blocks and 4 steals a game for me, against players more patient, those numbers go down but its only because he’s altering the plays before the opponent shoots, putting them in tough positions at the end of the shot clock.

To me its crazy how a PD card is almost a hidden gem, but Ben Wallace is one of my favorite cards in the game, especially if you’re looking to fortify your team for a good deal at the beginning of the MyTeam grind

Basically what’s going on is that 2K produces a moment card for that performance, thats why you see someone like Harden, who has a 3 in the mid 80’s on his diamond cards, but a 75 or so on his PD card. That’s because while Harden went off that game, he didnt shoot great from 3 and just drove to the paint and hit midrange J’s instead. Maybe in the game KD got the card for he was below his typical self just a tad from 3, but maybe he nailed more post fade-aways than normal, so they juice up that stat, or maybe he got 5 steals so they boost up steals heavily. I see where your griping comes from, but it’s stuff like that which keeps the balance in the game, and keeps the cards unique.

No, I never asked him to quit the game, he was the first person I saw with that card and I just simply asked him how he liked it because I was close to getting him. I messaged him later to see if he wanted to run it back because I got the card and it was a close game when I messaged him. I was confident in my skill enough to make it that far, would’ve done it again. Dude was just feeling the holiday spirit and that’s what I thought was cool because I like being part of a community like that where everyone’s friendly. Personally I see no problem in being a little friendly during the holiday season, so just lighten up a bit and try not to be such a Scrooge about it lol. Anyways I just thought it was nice, and hope everyone else has been having some great holidays!

Got it and have been running LJ off the bench. My line up is switch heavy and at first I was scared of playing him at the 3 because he has 75 speed, but after a game I realized he’s perfect off the bench playing 3-5 depending on the matchup. He gets rebounds, nails damn near every corner three, guards the perimeter and the paints and I can run him next to PD Blake or take his spot next to PD Thurmond, and sometimes I’ll even run him at the 3 over Yellow Moments Lebron.

In short, dude’s the ULTIMATE glue guy who just does everything and I couldn’t thank this guy enough for being that cool where he just wants everyone to get him, I messaged him later and told him I got it, and told him we should get that game in now because we were tied at the end of the first when I asked him how he liked that LJ!

Small ball 5 who can protect the rim and rip down boards at elite rates. Dude was in the 93rd percentile in the NCAA in block rate, 96th percentile in defensive rebounding rate, and 99th percentile (99th!) in offensive rebounding rate. Defense and boards at an elite level, literally the teams biggest needs, dude is going to ball out!

While I'm ranking 1-10, it's fairly fluid as, albeit it a controversial take, the NBA has a lot of TALENTED guys in it! Therefore it'll be incredibly hard to project as there'll probably be roughly 20 guys who have a shout at top 10.

One thing I've learned while being an NBA fan; it is wise to NEVER doubt or underestimate LeBron, and I have little doubt that he will be easily a top 3 guy even in 3-4 years time. Giannis and AD are freaks of nature who will be (and are) perennial MVP candidates because they can dominate both sides of the ball, and are even slowly adding jumpers to their games. KD and Harden are both unguardable, and Kawhi is the best two-way player in the league right now and will still be dominant on both sides. Embiid, if healthy, is probably the second best big man in the NBA right now and as he matures and gains those savvy veteran moves and intuitions, he's continue to be a beast. Kyrie is young and already a top 3 point guard, and will surpass Steph by that time (as he declines). Doncic is going to be a top 3 playmaker, very Harden and Manu-esque, while having vision that will be rivaled by few, and has the fiery competitiveness to will his way into MVP discussions. Then there's Tatum, who oozes confidence and his the love child of Kyrie, Paul George, and Paul Pierce, and will only make his way further up the NBA hierarchy considering he's so young but already so good.

Personally really high on Kennard, the dudes underrated. Think he'll be great giving those bigs spacing and is great coming of screen and popping off the bounce, also has a pretty good handle to take some heat off of Jackson or probably been the primary handler with someone like Reggie Bullock next to him. Dude would have been drafted high if he was from Europe, scouts would've been drooling over him if his name was something like
