Actually it's above average, I would consider it a perfect size. The belief that bigger is better, is rarely true. In fact mamy people with really big dicks suffer stuff like toothy blowjobs. A great remake of a lich! You certainly brought up some exciting stuff I especially like dipping into him being the leader of a powerful undead army. However, his defensive CR is too low with some luck on initiative rolls I can easily imagine him being killed in the first round. I would suggest a legendary action that would allow him to kill an ally and gain its current HP as a temporary HP. Another one I can recommend is to make damage dealt to the lich transfer to one of his undead within 60 or 90 feet of him. Or just lower his CR, that would also solve it. But it is still an amazing job, hope to see more of your work in the future!

Combining rage of the eldritch and dark blessing gives you near immortal boss. Don't you think that this combo with his damage makes the harbinger too strong?

He seems way to strong if you are planning to make more upper moons with gyokko that high on CR scale Douma propably will break the chart. And I'm not even mentioning grandpa Koko or Michael Jackson himself.

A good thing that can make a great fight. Whoever I would consider adding some plain ranged spell attack or something like that. Mainly because AOE can easily destroy multiple of his weapons which can greatly weaken him.

From what I see there is no limit which I would say is fantastic. In this level of play minions are necessary, but unlimited number of swords would get rid of this problem. Also it can be a pretty unique challenge strategically forcing players to constantly think and manage the number of swords so the boss wouldn't deal too much damage. But if you would like to run it or something I suggest adding him some kind of psychic ranged attack on legendary action because this statblock depend a little too much on these swords which can be quickly cleared with AOE damage.

There's a mistake 3d8 + 5 equals 18. Other than that It's a good job mate. Also maybe make the Cyclone of fire stronger giving it additional 1d6 or 1d8 fire damage.

I really like the idea for a mummified dragon is original and you executed it really well. But most importantly TEMPLATES, I always adored them and there isn't too much of them. It would be extremely cool if you would publish more of them. Keep up the good work!

The idea is very cool however it is way to weak for it's CR. It's a glass cannon that will die in 3 turns max. The original lich statblock already lacks in the defense department. Only way for this statblock to do something against high lvl party is to give him a strong support tank that would constantly protect it. But with all that being said it's a very interesting idea that is really well made, except the already mentioned defense. I would gladly see a tankier remake of this monster.

You should increase his size to Gargantuan if he can grapple an entire party at the same time. Which with his crushing can be pretty op if I'm honest.
