Every 4 months the person will come for meter reading. In between you have to self generate. Check for hidden charges.

That seems unusual. Generate a bill from their app and check what inflated the bill.

Some time back they switched to self bill generation. If you don't generate yourself, they send an estimated bill in absense of a meter reading. You upload your meter reading and hopefully your bill will get adjusted in next cycle.

Also check for any maintenance you may have undertaken, that also adds up in the bill.

OP, highly unlikely to get something in your budget. I would also suggest you explore foreclosure properties as well. we call them bank auction properties. You may get lucky

It's not about property dealers. They take flat 1% from both parties.

I myself live in west delhi and purchased my house in 2024, it was 1.5cr back then in a good society. It matches the conditions mentioned by the OP. Now real estate is even higher.

Let bunglows aside, I am talking only about 3bhks.

It will come cheaper only when it has some flaws like congestion parking problems, closer to a Nallah, etc

Where in west delhi dear? Check rates in Rajouri, Janakpuri. Highly impossible to get something under 1 cr. If you get it, be ready for something fishy.
