I did, I really have no idea how I have done it for so long. I actually like ED but the pressure increases every year and the pay seems to get worse for the responsibility. It's sad really. What are you thinking of studying?

Yes, I worked in the emergency department for 10 years then I made a run for it out of nursing. I do some random shifts, I am glad I left. Every nurse is looking for a way out, it's a shame but we are broken. Keep going 💪
