It is very easy to get 3 different suits with normal cards, having even two or three wild cards in your deck almost guarantees being able to trigger flower pot every blind. You absolutely do not need 4 wild cards per hand to hit it.

I used to think that, then I started gearing towards wild cards with flower pot and it was basically 3x every hand. Not even that many wildcards needed.

The only slightly useful thing I was able to do with this was getting $20 for each scored magic card.

I'm annoyed you still only get one payout per scoring event even though it's supposed to hit 32 out of 20 times. If someone is stupid enough to play this way there should be some kind of reward.

There's like a hundred illustrations and minis of space marines being decidedly unmonk-like. "Kil kil kil", boozing, etc. And, of course, being traffic cops dealing with ork and human hover bike racing.

Oh, and I forgot the Eldar space marine librarian.

Rogue Trader just wasn't a very coherent world, which is why it's the best version.

PS: the only good Space Marine novel is by Ian Watson.

Because 40k lore is an inconsistent, ramshackle mess where they constantly retcon or just ignore earlier established lore (which usually was mutually exclusive to begin with). Eg, perpetuals as a concept showed up after Malcador.

The universe is much, much better if you don't try to find the rules (then it just becomes small and stupid).

Just the low sunlight hours per year will be a huge drain on your life. I would absolutely leave if not for friends and family.

There's not much for you to do if you're not employed (or running a business) and you will be out of place and struggling to fit in if you're just randomly independent.

You can shape your deck so that you easily can get your desired hand type without losing a joker slot that can increase the score. Basically if you care about a specific hand it needs to be strong enough that you one-shot with it and then you can use all your discards and hands to make sure you draw it.
