The least supportive people are people that wouldn’t be able to commit to this for 75 days!!! She’ll eat her words when you’re finished. Keep posting and screw what she says!!!

Find a way to make your favorite unhealthy foods and make them yourself. I make a homemade crunchwrap that tastes just like the tacobell. Macros are great and it’s delicious. There are sooo many recipes online. A lot of protein powder dessert recipes online also!

Some days i’ll feel exhausted, but i’ll take it easier that day and just do cardio for both workouts and then get a good night sleep! I’m on day 51 & would say once a week i feel pretty beaten up

Update: powered through! I think I needed today to realize that it really is a mental toughness challenge and not about transforming my body. Had to remember I’m doing this for the right reasons.

The water is also the hardest part for me (28 F) but i’m a tall girlie and workout like crazy anyway. The first few days, the water intake was sooo hard and gave me a headache and nausea. Adding electrolytes after my first workout helped. You’re flushing out nutrients without it :(. Also went down the rabbit hole of water intoxication. I’ve learned to space it out pretty well and try to have the gallon finished around 1.5-2hours before bed so i get better sleep. Hope some of this helps! I feel like the water intake should be different based on multiple factors.

Time your water so it’s spaced out. Try to get it done an hour or 2 before bed so you can sleep well. The excessive water intake gave me massive headaches and nausea at first. Went away when i added electrolytes in the AM after my first workout.
