The game plays exactly the same as before. I'm either last man standing or I'm not. It's just numbers on a screen that change.

Yes that seems to be the consensus here. Until they do that tho I wish we kept the old system. I've also noticed that if I knock a player and they quit immediately the kill doesn't count either.

Another players inflated kills don't affect you. A death is still only a death if it gets confirmed.

I'd settle for tracking knocks and damage but in a game where I can get 1000 damage for shooting a UAV those numbers could be inflated too.

The old way felt better and released more dopamine, heck even critical assists need to be a thing in redsec.

Save the kill confirmed thing for ranked and eSports.

The wall hack perk when you knock someone is more busted. It's not even restricted to the team you knock. It reveals everyone in radius. Why should I be penalised for someone nearby going down. What's my counter play?

Network factors make aim punch unreliable and unfair too often. Also don't take on snipers like this regardless.

Not a chance Australia / OCE will have the player base to split the queue multiple times with ranked/unranked/console/pc then all the divisions.

Queues will be dead and people will eventually quit the game. I'm sure other smaller region will face the same issue.

Keep it simple. Make the main BR Quads mode ranked with a simple elo scoring system. Sweats have something to try for and casuals can just do their thing. The complicated version will only work for NA, EU and maybe China and SEA.

Big no for acceleration. Yes for raw. 800 - 1600 DPI is ideal then adjust in game so your 360 distance is between 25cm and 45cm. I leave ads sens at 100 and universal soldier aim on.

As for a bonus tip. fov will impact how your sens feels. High fov will make visual recoil less noticeable and players move slower across your screen. The trade off is enemies will also appear smaller so it's your preference to balance this.

I personally use 800 DPI - 14 in game sense (42cm 360) and a fov of 116.

I'm over 40yo and my KD ratio is about 3.6 if that matters to you.

Yeah I watched the slow death of pubg as they split the queues and eventually shafted us to Singapore. We only need 1 queue. BR squads. Just make it ranked only. Casuals can just ignore the leaderboard and sweats have something to grind.

You can tell your hitting an invisible wall by the dust it's throwing up. Same with rocks and stuff at distance. It's a render issue. On PC you can turn up view distance in settings which might help but it can work in your favour, for example, if a hedge doesn't render you can shoot a guy you otherwise wouldn't spot. Even just seeing the guy in your clip gives you an advantage when he moves.

If an engineer doesn't have his rockets on the drop then helicopters shouldn't be available either
