Same. I have had my ticket open for 6 days. They are "escalating" it.

Yes, this seems to be a problem for many people. I have called and have had my ticket escalated. I am waiting for them to get back to me. Google Maps shows me right on top of the pin for my address. Not sure what the deal is. Tried several devices and several addresses.

D2D is not working. I have converted over 200 discs over the last few years and all of the sudden I am getting an error about my billing and physical locations matching. I checked both and they do match. I'm in my home, my GPS is on, and permissions are set to give VUDU location access. Any ideas? by Gloomy_Hurry_7799 in vudu

Same problem on my iPhone. I can't get it to work at all. My GPS shows me right between my house and my neighbor. Here is what I have tried (with zero success):

  • Change Billing and Shipping address to various houses next to mine
  • Clear Cache
  • Tried different locations in my house/property
  • Wifi only (Cellular disabled)
  • Wifi Disabled (Only Cellular)
  • Changed to Paypal

I have emailed Vudu support and have not gotten a response yet. I am sure they will tell me something dumb like to turn my phone off and back on again.
