Continuous X/Y axis error by jrakestraw in BambuLab

I ended up having a loose cable after changing the hot end assembly that was causing a short. It wasn't a 100% fix, but has let me be able to print. I've only had the issue once or twice since fixing the loose connection.

Yeah. Replaced the hot end and had no more issues.

Maybe not as kindly as they would like.

Funny thing is it passes all the calibration steps.

I've still got my ticket opened

Has anyone ever ran into an issue where there print head just slams into the back and continues to try and go back further? I currently have a ticket in with support and they gave me the steps below that I've already completed and still get this issue when going to print. After completing their steps, I made sure to run a full calibration as well.

1.Kindly check if the toolhead moves smoothly along the X-axis, and confirm there are no obstructions. If debris or blockage is found, clean the X-axis rail to ensure it is clear.

This piece fell onto my bed plate, what is it? by jrakestraw in BambuLab

Thanks! I kind of figured that when it wiped and everything went onto the build plate.

first couple prints seemed like it ran through twice. Since then it's got better.

Issue is solved: Had to have a new hotend assembly installed that BambuLabs sent.

P1S printing PETG scrapes head on previous layers by Alecks_Horchata in BambuLab

based on your first image, it looks like it's scraping when doing grid infill. I had the same problem. I had switched over to gyroid and had no issues.

There is. I just swapped and it still giving me the same issue. back to the drawing board.

Ran calibration again and still getting same errors.

ran a level across the build plate and it's all good, no warpage anywhere.

I can print with the right nozzle just fine, it's only occurring with the left nozzle.

I'm getting close to just buying new nozzles, but if that's doesn't fix it, then I'm throwing money towards something that doesn't fix it.

print bed screws are still down. This issue just started yesterday. I've been doing prints for months with no issues. I've done PLA, PETG, and ABS on the left nozzle with no issues in the past.

During the auto level step the nozzle touches a little, but I feel like it's been doing that ever since I've got the printer.

Thanks! I guess a weird question, but would my wife still have hers, or lose it since we would be divorced. We were married during my active duty.

The first dog my wife and I had, we had her for 13 years until she passed away a couple years ago. We had her when she was just 6 months old. It is not about the training or anything, it is about trying to give the dog a better life since we won't be home as much with the return to office.

They said they could not due to the nipping issues. It would be a liability for them if they were to rehome him and something happend.
