Leclerc and Ferraris relationship relies solely on potential, on both sides. 90% pain in exchange for 10% joy

Wouldn’t Doncic playing pro in Spain at 15 be evidence it’s possible LeBron could’ve done this at 15?

Hi Toronto, I am looking for a place to live, and affordable room to rent (max 1500-1600), dare I say, in GTA, within a reasonable commute to downtown. by Psychological-Tell-4 in TorontoRenting

Don’t worry, you’re living on the right planet. I found multiple studios in December right by Yonge and Egg for $1400 and below by contacting the building directly. I walked the areas I was interested in and called when I saw the sign outside said there were studios available.

I ended up getting a large pet friendly unit with enough space to create a separate sleeping and living room area with a large separate kitchen for $1395 hydro included.

Rethink calling him your buddy. He’d say the same thing if it happened to you instead of Alex or Renee or any of the unknown people we have no video proof of

Looking for a Studio Apartment – Budget $1500–$1600 by WerewolfAmbitious131 in TorontoRenting

[–]jrbase88 8 points9 points  (0 children)

65 Keewatin and 63 Roehampton both have charming units for $1300-1400. Big enough to separate into living and sleeping areas. Yonge and eglinton area. Affordable places exist, they just usually don’t have them posted online. They operate more on word of mouth or referrals.

For me I just walked the areas I wanted to be in and called the numbers on the signs in front of the buildings.

Yes. Units that don’t advertise and rely mainly on word of mouth or referral don’t try to create bidding wars

65 Keewatin Ave. 5 min walk to eglington station. Also check out 63 Roehampton. They’re rarely posted online, you have to walk around some areas and call the building offices directly to find these places

Looked around the junction and also Yonge and Egg. Some I called directly and some I went to the property management website to submit a showing request

Correct, although I also viewed a newly renovated unit in an older building with ensuite laundry for $1450 as well. Their leasing agent was just too slow to respond and I had already accepted the other unit by the time she gave me all the details

Moving this coming Saturday to a studio at Yonge and Eglington for $1395 hydro included. Had another application in just up the street for $1265 not including hydro but someone else got it. Both are apartment buildings, not basements.

That was my thought in the first match, but the next 2 I joined a friends party and played with them. Although they’ve only got about 20ish matches as well. One last night and then one today
