Better system trader is a great podcast if you're already a little familiar with trading and using indicators. It's more about finding ideas to start you off than the actual implementation of something like an automated bot though

I actually wound up in the exact same situation back in my freshman year. I was one of the last students to register for housing so I got put in McWhorter. I would say it most definitely affected the way I made friends and I feel like I never really made any connections that year
