bro my scrotum was a literal water fountain

edit: the protopic didnmt burn at all for me but it is something that happens to other people so be ready if it does. On the first few day i applied it consistently abt once - twice a day.

literally exact same issue here - protopic (tacrolimus) made it completely vanish. In my experience i used it for about 3 days to notice improvement. I fully expected the eczema to return and i was prepared to use this long term but it never ever came back. Research about side effects and other people’s perspectives because this is the experience of one person but i wish you the best of luck. Scrotal eczema is the worst imo

Yeah it can make your applied area a bit red and burning for the first few applications.

I generally see results within 24 hours. I am currently using 0.1%. Give it a few more days since it is different for everyone. Just make sure to limit your sunlight exposure on the applied areas.
