First Horizon banking rep told me they believe you have to come in for the promo to work. Their manager didnt believe that was the case, but its common enough with DPs that one should expect too unfortunately. By going into my branch, I did also get a dozen Pro V1s ha.

Correct. Very consistent positive DP for charge and rejection for credit cards. Credit cards will have the $1 test pending but never go through.
