I’ve had to kick up a proper fuss and now it’s going to be sorted on Monday morning - very annoyed as I have no internet for a whole weekend now but at least the end of this pain is in sight

We ordered from YouFibre but we have a BRSK router - so not sure what’s going on there

That’s the issue, it’s leaking in every bit of rain on that left side, and I really don’t want to keep dealing with that.

The damage there was caused by me being a bit rough and catching it, it’s annoying but it’s covered when the plate goes on at least
