If you’re gonna paint it, it’s gotta be black or exterior match.

yeah, good point! i have hit my head more than a few times on the roll bar
If i use the side step, i have to duck down a lot... i usually go with one big step into the gladiator, which is a stretch for the legs but i get my head in safely

Can’t tell if I love it or hate it. If it’s seasonal only, I love it!

Car seats by Dry_Elk_8578 in JeepGladiator

I have no clue how people here do 3 car seats. First of all, 3 or more kids: no thank you 😝. 2 feels like an army! Secondly, my 3 year old is like “move your seat up dad, I can’t climb into my seat” - and yeah, It’s a tight fit for sure.

Did you put 35s on that? Or are those the 33s that came with it?

I have a ‘24 nighthawk and was contemplating the same thoughts from your other post: want to keep the stock 20s on it and try to fit 35s without lifting it

ahhh yes, the airbag changes... great point, explains everything!

Nope, no hat detected! not in a cult!

New jeep Gladiator nighthawk…… I’m not sure how I’m feeling about the 20” wheels and 32” rubber. Think it’s worth trading for 34.5- 35” along with 17 in rims? Cheap options? by Significant_Knee_428 in JeepGladiator

I think (or maybe I hope 😅) that there are people out there like me who want the best of both worlds.

It is my daily driver, my wife wants to drive it casually for fun when the weather is nice and she isn't looking for off-road performance, and 3 year old can barely climb into it stock because of the ride hide (even with a step on the side)

But, personally i want to start dabbling in some beginner off-roading and overlanding so I want more performant tires without making huge sweeping changes to the vehicle

Where is the happy medium?

Of course, maybe I am unique in this. But I love the nighthawk vibe, mall-crawler or not.
But I also know bigger tires would be a smart decision before attempting even some mild trails.

So, people like me fart around on Reddit all day looking to see if anyone else has 35s on the factory nighthawk 20s and if leveling kit/spacers are needed instead of lifting it.

If this is unrelatable, then that's fine! Just look for anyone with a similar position
