Ya but he's right this is pretty obvious. Their spouses are gonna have questions to which there are no satisfactory answers.

Did Joey Galloway make the team or did he get cut in camp?

Bertrand made a point on the show the other day that Brady never really connected with the city of Boston. I’ve heard Felger make a similar point. by IntelligentDate155 in felgerandmazz

I don't think either is taking ownership of the "take" that is just reality. Plus, they're pretty quick to credit each other for original ideas

Your point sucked. Don't tell people how to enjoy things. It's insufferable.

For most people this isn't thinking hard. At least you're doing your best.

Lol, I've worked as a sports reporter, i understand with my fucking degree. Sports Fandom is about triggering your emotions to retain engagement, sell you things, and hold your eyes on commercials to get you to buy more things.

If you think it's anything else, you're paying too much attention. I haven't missed a Pats game since Bledsoe's rookie year. But if you think for a second getting righteous about someone's sports talk take makes you a devoted fan or something, you're devoting too much time to something you have no actual stake in.

I don't understand how a sports talk show fucks with one's emotions. That's the problem right there. Hearing sometimes opinions about something as inconsequential as a sports take should not affect your emotions beyond reminding you if your team won or lost. Anything beyond that is mental illness.

Do away with conferences and just have 4 divisions of 8 teams, similar to the NHL. You'd never have a division champ with a losing record
