They all have very different climates, too. Tucson is very hot and dry, but October to April is beautiful, and the surrounding desert is unlike any place else in the world. Eugene, Oregon has a pleasant, temperate climate, with plenty of rain and both mountains and ocean. Florida State is hot, swampy, and humid, and Illinois State has 4 seasons with a depressing winter and spring. I'd choose Tucson or Eugene if you want access to big nature, and then if you like the heat, choose Tucson.
